Novelle Center ® is a professional training company with a penchant for high quality service delivery and candidates’ satisfaction in our training services. We are setup to provide health and safety training, project management and NEBOSH international certification programs to individuals and corporate organisations.

In our bid to achieve our set organisational goals for 2015 we are seeking the following positions:

FINANCE AND ADMIN OFFICER:

Roles And Responsibities
1. Act as integrator of quality training services. Ensure delivery of commercial, certified and internationally recognized training courses
2. Supervise quality of training services
3. Deal with accreditation and certification issues
4. Analyzes the delivery of services of the input department (marketing and sales) and ensure targets are met
5. Analyzes the delivery of services of the process department (operations) and ensure targets are met
6. Build and maintain the reputation of the company
7. Develop, propose, and enforce departmental policies and procedures across departments
8. Maintain record and filing system across departments
9. Collect all feedback forms and evaluate them for continuous improvement
10. Set up and follow up achievement of financial targets in the company
11. Process all accounts, invoices and reconcile all cash inflow/outflow
12. Reconcile all payments, transfer and refunds
13. Follow up payments of FIRS and RIRS taxes, Ministry levies (sanitation, posters, stickers, and environmental)
14. Attend to all calls, emails for registrations
15. Provide registration forms for interested candidates
16. Cleanliness of office
17. Prepare all book of accounts
18. Tax returns
19. Payroll administration
20. Procurement of office items

Qualification and Experience: HND/B.Sc in Accounting. Additional certification is an advantage. Qualified responsible females are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Gender: FEMALE

Age: Between 22 – 28years

Residence: Port Harcourt

Job experience: At least 2 years practical experience in Accounting, financial management, people management skills, leadership and most importantly a good organising skills.

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Roles And Responsibities
1. Achieve sales target and conduct market research
2. Building up customer base and create marketing budget
3. Plan promotions, publicities and coordinate adverts of training services
4. Liaise with designers for production of posters, flyers and newsletters.
5. Plan, execute and supervise effective distribution of marketing materials.
6. Manage new and existing customers’ accounts.
7. Monitor competitors activity
8. Evaluate marketing campaigns
9. Build proposals and create partnerships
10. Source and secure sponsorships
11. Coordinate onsite registrations of candidates.
12. Provide weekly and monthly reports of marketing activities
13. And liaise with relevant Governmental officials and foster relationship that will enhance my marketing campaigns.
14. Handle all PR and charges necessary for marketing engagements with relevant officials and center in campaigns.

Qualification and Experienced: HND/B.Sc. 1-2years experience in services or consumer marketing.

Ability to consistently achieve sales target compulsory.

No preferred gender.

Age: Between 24 – 29years

Residence: Port Harcourt
