The dress while not particularly bad does nothing for her. She looks at least a stone heavier than she usually does (The word "Frumpy" kinda springs to mind). I think it is more a miss than a hit. It seems that whenever she has a big day, she comes up with a faux pas. The same thing happened with that her k-leg red and black ensemble that she wore the night Barack gave his speech after winning.

It's a pity because normally, she looks good.
