We all learned something about selection and placement. People in the HR dept will get thousands of application letters to read and sort.
They don't read all, they have a strategy.
they look out for neat envelopes, they check if its an official envelope and most importantly, the handwriting on it. This will give them a lead into what to expect IF they open your application letter.

They see people with good handwriting as well organized and tidy. if you come be olodo wey get fine handwriting, you will be selected but you know where you will be disqualified but at least get selected.
