Service have been directed to effectively monitor movements in and out of the
country’ s sea borders before, during and after the election .
The Nigerian government , in a statement on Wednesday had directed that all
Nigeria ’ s land and sea borders be closed from 12 . 00 mid night Wednesday
25th March, 2015 to 12. 00 mid night of Saturday 28 th March, 2015 .
