remove battery and put it back, now press and hold volume up key and press power button. hold d 2 buttons for a while, it'll boot into recovery mode, use volume keys to scroll and select with power button. locate reset and reset the phone.

Which phone r u using,

If after pressing Power key n Voluem up key together, it should display a list of function, where wipe data/factory reset is included, use volume down key, strol to it, tap power key to select, it might open another option, select wipe, then watch it restore you to option restart or reboot,,
