Our client is an upscale medical diagnostics centre based in a Lagos State. In a bid to enhance their growth projector, the company is desirous of employing new marketing staff to among other thing increase their clientiele base and manage existing customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Prospect for new leads and opportunities (from individuals and groups) that
would require the services of the company. Document their names, their
promoters, titles, line of business and phone numbers (when possible)

• Identify new opportunities within and outside the immediate location of the
Organization and where the services would be required.

• Identify new channels of marketing the company’s product especially where
cluster marketing would be most impactful such as schools, churches, Unions,
Fellowships, hospitals, etc.

• Manage the marketing responses for all positive & Negative responses to the
Services

• Regular reporting back to the appropriate supervisor(s) on the information
gathered, responses and progress made in an agreed format.

• Manage all leads and their entry into the database for future use.

• Utilize company-owned leads from previous relationships, occasional
inquiries, and follow-up on relationships that have not been regular to increase
the company’s level of service offered to them.

• Identify new locations and bring up innovative ways of offering the company’s services. Examples include road shows, discounted services, anniversary bonanza, awareness and enlightenment campaigns to organisations and groups.

• Identify and get referrals from existing clients.

Man Specification
Interested candidates preferably female must be educated to at least national diploma level in any management, business, marketing or medical laboratory studies.

Also, applicants are expected to be resident in and around Festac, Amuwo Odofin, Abule Ado, Old Ojo Road, Alakija, Ijegun, Mile 2 etc.

Others
The position is for an initial 3 months’ probation period, subject to confirmation based on performance during the orientation and probation job.
