It is a known fact in the world of bodybuilding that protein is necessary to gain the muscle mass you are looking for. There are many ways you can get your protein, but with a protein diet, it consists of animal meats and other such forms of protein. Interval Training is less directed and does not concentrate on specific areas, so you don't have to follow the same basic routine each time you visit the gym. This works really well for people who get bored easily.
