Biblical Easter Quotes by Nobody: 7:29am On Apr 05, 2015
This Sunday, Christians around the world will gather to feast, drink and recall the story of Jesus’ resurrection three days after his crucifixion, as told in the Bible.
Easter is the oldest and most important festival on the Christian calendar, commemorating the day when Jesus arose from the dead, according to biblical teaching.

Easter comes after a 40-day period called Lent, when many Christians repent, pray and fast. The fasting is a symbolic act meant to mirror Jesus’ sacrifice for mankind.
