I think people have given the answer. addition of three odd numbers can NEVEr give an even number.

since odd no=even no+1, so adding together an odd number of odd numbers will always give an odd number ( the +1 will always give 3 or multiple of 3, which is odd.) similarly, adding even numbers of odd nos will always give even nos.

Yours should be 12...it follows a decreasing order by a factor of 2. As in the difference between top to bottom values are 14,12,10 & 8.

So last value minus the 8 i.e 20 - 8 = 12

There's an invinsible zero and according to the laws of maths, zero can be represented by leaving a blank space so therefore, 15 +15+ _=30....

Ie (8^2) -8=64-8=56!
Ergo: (3^2) -3=9-3=6 Q. E. D

I'm afraid, there's no solution to the question as stated.

If you add two odd numbers, you will always get an even number.

If you add an even number to an odd number, you will always get an odd number.

In other words, adding three odd numbers together will always give an odd number as the final answer.
