Breastfeeding EXCLUSIVELY (that is only breast milk, no water) is 99% effective in birth control for the first 6months. Your period doesn't come until after 6 months if u breastfeed exclusively. after 6months, it is adviced to play safe and watch out 4 ur period so you don't get pregnant |
