My LGE970 Optimus phone won't switch on to Hotspot. It tells me: "THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE NETWORK THAT HAS PREVENTED THE ENABLEMENT OF MOBILE HOTSPOT FUNC TION. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.". Ive tried changing the sim to no avail. what do I do? I tried tether bee, no luck. I don't want to format my phone. Any help?
