"So, woe to those performers of Salah, [but]
those who with their prayer are Sāhūn
(heedless)." (Al-Mā'un [4-5])
Ibn Abbās and others have said, "This means
the hypocrites who pray in public but do not
pray in private." (At-Tabari 24:632)
Regarding those who are HEEDLESS with their
prayer, Atā bin dinār said, it could mean the
first time of prayer, I.e. Those who DELAY their
prayer. It may also refer to not fulfilling its
PILLARS & CONDITIONS and in the required
manner...
