pls....I needed your advice on which streaming app is best to used in terms of data consumption... i.e the one that eat up data a little bit......which of the apps below is good?.

Oga ... streaming is Streaming.... Streaming consumes data.

its all depends on quality.... High Quality >>> High Data Consumption .............. Low Quality >>>>> Low data consumption.

But nevertheless.... streaming consumes data.

For now there is yet to be any streaming app or site with fair data consumption. Most content are either HD or MP4 which is high on data. Quote me if am wrong.
