Emmyscape consultants is a team of young, vibrant and dynamic construction and planning professionals made up of 3 Partners, headed by the Principal Partner. They are directly responsible for the quality of the professional services provided; which are broken down under the following headings, Architectural Design, Specifications, Technical Coordination, Construction, and Management Coordination.

We are dedicated to provide top quality work in Architecture & Construction, by providing our clients with a comprehensive design that ensures their projects are completed punctually, to the best international standards, and within budget.

Construction team;
Emmyscape consultants construction team is headed by a partner, who is an architect, and 2 other partners who is a town planner and a quantity surveyor. We also have all the construction technicians readily available as part of our construction team. We employ the services of our associate firms of Engineers for every technical detail during construction.All materials required to actualize project are sourced both locally depending on its availability and internationally. Having worked on various projects we have developed a working relationship with both the indigenous material suppliers and the international suppliers. To a certain range some materials could be easily sourced locally. Materials like timber, hardcore, iron, mild steel and glass could be sourced to a limited extent.


Emmyscape consultants provides full Design and Build Services as follows:

• Preparing feasibility studies, briefs and conceptual design.
• Preparing schematic drawings and outline specifications indicating special
arrangements and materials.
• Preparing full Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical Drawings.
• Preparing necessary documentation in order to obtain the relevant Town Planning
Authority’s Approval.
• Preparing information necessary for the production of a priced Bill of Quantities.
• Assembling a full building team.
• Carrying out all Main and sub Building works on site.
• Fabricating and installing all sub elements of the buildings like windows, doors, metal
Works, etc
• Advising on the selection and suitability of loose furniture, fittings and equipment.
• Coordinating the selection order, and delivery of loose furniture, fittings and
equipment both locally and abroad.
• Coordinating and supervising the installation of elements like counters, shop-fronts
and specialist interior elements.
• Coordinating and monitoring all works till hand over.
