[b]Chelsea Manager, Jose Mourinho heaped praise on his club's star player Eden Hazard for his consistency this season. Chelsea are the runaway league leaders of the English Premier League and Eden Hazard received a nomination for the PFA Player Of The Year Award after another good season. Mourinho praised Hazard for being more than a glimpse of talent. "Consistency. One thing is the talent but another thing is to be consistent," Mourinho said of Hazard, last season's PFA Young Player of the Year. "In my opinion we want to win the league, he wants to win the league, not the player of the year or something like that. "Obviously on top of collective ambitions, the player deserves something special and when it comes from the other players on every team, it means a bit more." Hazard did not stand out like the past winners of the PFA Player of the Year Award. Bale, Suarez and RVP had very special seasons when they won it. Courtois, Costa, and Fabregas. This gives Hazard an edge over others. This does not take anything away from Hazard who repeatedly bailed Chelsea out of draws and losses. Mourinho relied on Hazard more than he would have liked to. David De Gea deserves mention because his consistency in saving Manchester United repeatedly, especially when Manchester United was doing poorly deserves praise. David De Gea's performances kept Manchester United season alive and now they are on course to qualify for the Champions League. Hazard needs to improve next season if he is wants to become a World Class great. His goals in open play this season is not as good enough. Despite playing for the best team in the league, he has 9 goals from open play? That is 5 less than Sanchez and 3 less than Silva, despite playing 350 minutes and 600 minutes more than both players. Hazard is good enough to bring in more to Chelsea. It is time for Hazard to impose himself more in games. He can do it. In three years, his goals and assists have remained the same since he joined Chelsea.
