Something like this happened to my neighbor.

He kept a huge sum of money in his house but it was stolen my some members in his compound.And that was a really important cash. He was really desperate. So he decided to scare them.

He brought a piece of cloth with a rope and started tying things on it, paper,wood,leather, oil,shoe, weave, charcoal,iron, then kept it in the front of his door. Before the week ran out the money was returned back to him.
