Well, i feel most employees are not aware of their rights as employees and etc. i just want to ask those out there who have actual knowlege of the nigerian Law...please what are these rights, particularly with regards to termination of appointment. And when your employer has wronged you (non payment of salaries, reductions from agreed salary, or wrongfully terminating your appointment), what are the legal steps you can take to seek redress?
