i remember when i they follow my papa go farm for our ABULE na that slippers we they wear. We called it TEKOWII or DEJA (IN YORUBA LANG ) infact through out my secondary and college na him i they put on lol.

Deja! Like Yoruba people call it. No thorn whatsoever can find its way in. . BTW they look like those sandals worn by those Bible people. The second picture most especially looks like apostle Paul's abi king Nebuccadnezar's sandal. With these sandals, u can walk from Lagos to Abuja and get there to repair your legs instead of the sandals . grin
