I called the number (08167015961) to purchase data, he said his phone earpiece is bad dat we can only communicate through text message or whatsApp, I sent him a test message and he responded dat I shld send 1800 recharge card for 2Gb data, after sending d recharge card, he did not send data and never responded to subsequent messages sent to his number. 08167015961.
