Bariga thieves must have been given that transformer and the cables a hell of constant visit by stealing them. Talk about conning man die, conning man bury am.
So long as the transformer and the cables are safe from the thieves, whatever means deployed to achieve that does not matter as long as it didn't cause any harm to anyone.
