Nollywood actor Pete Edochie
is a household name in Nigeria.Born on 7 March 1947,the seasoned and eloquent actor broke into Nollywood in the 1980s when he starred as Okonkwo in an NTA movie which was all about the literal work of Chinua Achebe’s Things Fall
Apart.He was born in a catholic family in the Igbo tribe of Nigeria.Having worked as a junior assistant in a radio broadcasting station in 1967,he was later promoted to the Director.He has so many other appointments to his name.His fame in the Nigeria movie industry keeps rising because of his ability to interpret several roles with accuracy.At one time in his career 2005 to be precise, the Actors' Guild of Nigeria placed Pete Edochie, Ramsey Noah, Richard Mofe Damijo , Stella Damasus,Genevieve Nnaji,Chinwe Okeke Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, Nkem Owoh and  Aboderin  on a one-year ban from acting due the exorbitant prices they charge producers before featuring in movies.However,the ban has been lifted.

  He has featured in several movies such as Never End, Greatest Harvest, Living with Death, The Price of Love: Life Is Beautiful , Dogs Meeting, The Staff of Odo, Love & Politics, Sacred Tradition, Billionaires Club, Holy Ghost Fire, Monkey chop banana, Holy Cross, Simple Baby, Fair Game, Passage of Kings and many others.

His son Yul Edochie is currently making waves in Nollywood.

Nkem Owoh

Popularly known as Osuofia,Nkem Owoh was born in Udi, Enugu,Nigeria in 1962.After his primary and secondary educations,he went to University of Ilorin where he studied engineering.

  His acting started in his university days where he was involved in many film/television productions.Despite his increasing age,the comic actor looks younger than his age.He has featured in many Nollywood movies and have won several awards.He won the African Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role in 2008.He has also singing skills with many albums to his name.You can not talk about comedy in Nollywood without mentioning Nkem Owoh's name.
  Some of the movies he starred are in are Osuofia in London,The
Master, Big Man...Big Trouble, Anunuebe ejimfor, America Visa, Long John, King of the Forest, Police Officer, Osuofia in London, Mr. Trouble, Bus Driver, De prof, Lion Finger, Johnbull & Rosekate and many others.

    In 2007,he was arrested in Amsterdam,Netherlands on a suspicion of lottery fraud and immigration law violation.He was arrested alongside 110 other people by the police while performing at a music show as a part of a 7-month "Operation Apollo" by the Dutch police.He was however released later.

Olu Jacobs

Olu Jacob was born on 11 July, 1942 in Abeokuta, Ogun State,Nigeria.He attended Holy Trinity School,Kano and later travelled to London to study at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts,England.He is married to Nollywood actress Joke Silva and are blessed with 6 children.

Before venturing into Nollywood,he featured in many international films and TV series in Britain such as The Tomorrow People, Till Death Us Do Part,
The Goodies,The Venturers, Barlow at Large,Secret of the Lost Legend and The Dogs of
War.He has featured in more than 160 Nollywood movies such as Adesuwa,Eyes of the God and several others

In 2007 he won the African Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role and in 2013 Nollywood Merit Award for outstanding achievements in
acting.
