why is it so had to get justice in this land? it has been one problem to the other since the first Enogie dead. not to bored any body with long stories,after the death of the enogie, the next in line according to the customs was the son,so after meeting all necceasry creterias some sets who where not even from the community in alliance with some men from the community hijacked the all process and installed one Mr Osabueki Idumuonze as the youth chairman and one osaro aguomoweghian as enogie and since then this sets of persons have been selling lands and have not even contributed to the development of the land....since 2008 the matter was in court,just last year the court finally gave her judgement that one Prince Alfred Nagbon is the rightful Enogie and he should be installed.so we as community knew that this prince is the rightful owner to the throne.What broke the camels back was that after the judgement an everybody was preparing for the enogie installation,this set of criminals who have sold almost all the lands in the community also went to appeal the judgement,and as we talk court are on strike and this sets of persons are still parading themselves as the enogie and youth chairman when all the necessary documents is with the enogie in waiting who is prince alfred.my question is IF A COURT OF COMPETENCE JURISDICTION GAVE A JUDGMENT IN IN FAVOR OF PARTY A,AND PARTY B FEELS THE JUDGMENT AFTER MANY YEARS IN COURT AS NOT IN THIER FAVOR AND APPEAL,WHICH SECTION OF THE NIGERIA CONSTITUTION THAT ALSO ENABLE PARTY B TO PARADE THEIR SELVES AS THE ENOGIE AND ALSO KEEP SELLING AND RE-SELLING LANDS? on sunday 26th of april 2015,the so called fake enogie with the external power of one IDUOYIKEWEN who was given so big parcel of land brought security men to the community to oppress the Enogie in waiting beat him up and was arrested,this evil act was carried out by one INSPECTOR FRIDAY IGBINIDU WHO CLAIM TO BE THE CDA CHAIRMAN. MY 2ND QUESTION IS WHERE ON EARTH WILL A SERVING POLICE OFFICER BE A CDA CHAIRMAN? AS WE ARE TALKING NOW THE RIGHTFUL OWNER OF THE SEAT IS JAILED SINCE ON SUNDAY TILL NOW,JUST BECAUSE HE HAS NO BACK UP FROM THE TOP......THE QUESTION IS WHEN WILL THE POOR BE FREE FROM THE HANDS OF THE OPPRESSORS WE WANT TO USE THIS MEDIUM TO CALL ON THE ACTING AIG OGA SOLOMON ARASE,THE EDO STATE GOVERNMENT AND OTHER RELEVANT BODY TO HELP RESCUE OUR COMMUNITY AND BRING THIS EVIL MEN TO BOOK.AND WE WANT OUR ENOGIE TO BE RELEASED ASAP...... WE NEED JUSTICE!!!!!!!
