Location: Lagos[/size]


Key Responsibilities
• Ensure company accounts and tax returns are prepared and filed correctly and timely.
• Analyse budgets and other financial statements
• Review revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Prepare the financial statements from underlying records
• Inspect books of account and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions
• Oversee monthly accounting activities



Skills & Educational requirements:
• B. Sc. /HND degree with minimum of Second Class upper division in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills and fully competent in Microsoft Office programs.
• Good initiative and be able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to meet client deadlines
• IFRS knowledge and exposure is an advantage
• Extensive analytical financial skills
• Accounting experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and training skills required

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintains accounting records
• Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger
• Maintain accounting database by entering data into the computer and processing backups
• Verify financial reports by running performance analysis.
• Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies.


Skills & Educational requirements:
• B. Sc. /HND degree with minimum of Second Class upper division in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Student Membership of ICAN/ACCA
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and fully competent in Microsoft Office programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
• To check and receive purchased goods and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places
• To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular store items whenever the stock level of any item approaches the minimum limit.
• To initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing when the stock level approaches the maximum limit.
• To exercise general control over all activities in the various Stores Department
• To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of goods.
• To maintain proper records.

• responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone;
