make sure u use latest version of kingroot...something is different although, the info of Ur fone says 1502 but after inserting the code the interface isn't thesame as 1502, did u notice that from Ur first screenshot and mine? anyways, do a factory reset and use shortcut master to change the imei, good luck bro.

I noticed too,that prompted me to check on. The authenticity of d fone on itel website,wot I got is its original,v tried shortcus master,culdnt find "user2define",did reset tooo,all to no avail o.i dnt even knw ow to put d fone on recovery mode.

I bought mine for #16000. its good, smooth and does not heat up. yes the HDD is only 2.7 GB not 8GB as touted on the casing buh everyother thing is as noted on the specs. its lighter than the HOT Note and definitely has better battery power plus it has a good power bank... what more can you ask for at that price?
