LIVERPOOL AFTER INTER ACE
According to reports in Italy, Liverpool are after one of the hottest prospects in Italian football, 21 year old inter milan energetic midfielder, and have made a €10m (£7m) bid.
Italian journalist Tancredi Palmeri believes he is valued at €30m (£21.8m).

“Liverpool have bid €10m for Inter’s Kovacic,” Palmeri wrote on Twitter. “Last summer Inter rejected €20m from Barcelona for Kovacic. Inter value Kovacic not less than €30m”.
And finally, Liverpool have made signing Christian Benteke their top transfer priority.

IKER CASILLAS WANTS TO STAY AS REAL GOALIE
Iker Casillas remains firm in his desire to see out the rest of his Real Madrid contract, according to Marca.

Marca also say several figures within the player’s camp have advised Casillas to consider the prospect of leaving.
In addition, Casillas is aware of the club’s intention to sign a new goalkeeper – Manchester United’s David de Gea is their main target – but he is not at all concerned by that prospect and is happy to stay on if he is relegated to the role of second-choice ‘keeper.

NO BID YET FOR GUNDOGAN
Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc claimed he have not yet received any offers from any club for Ilkay Gundogan. He also state that the midfielder will not be extending his stay at Signal Idunal Park, and might leave at the end of his contract in 2016

Manchester United, Arsenal and Bayern Munich are among the front-runners to land the Germany international.

“We have already finished talking with the player and as he did not want to extend his relationship with us, we have thought that he could leave this summer, although it will depend on the offers that reach the club,” Zorc is quoted as saying on Todomercadoweb.

€100M OR NOTHING FOR POGBA
According to AS Juventus have placed a €100m asking price on Paul, with interest from PSG, Man City and Barcelona.

PSG are willing to meet Juve’s asking price, but both City and Barca would have to offer lower cash amounts and supplement the cost of the deal by including other players as makeweights.
It is also believed Real Madrid were keen on the 22-year-old, but decided to shelve their interest when they learned of his price tag.

UNITED UP CLYNE BID TO £18m

Manchester United are closing in on securing the services of Southampton 24 year old defender Nathaniel Clyne,

The Old Trafford club signed Luke Shaw from Southampton last summer and are looking to bring another player from St Mary’s Stadium. United have increased the fee in order to convince the South Coast club to part ways with their star full-back.
The Sunday times claimed that manchester United have upped Nathaniel Clyne bid to £18m

JOHNSON SET FOR WEST HAM
The Daily Mirror reports that Glen Johnson is likely to join West Ham on a free transfer this summer. Johnson recently admitted that he was unlikely to get an offer to stay at Anfield, and a move back to his former club would make a great deal of sense. As with every player we’d like to see what Southampton could make of him, should Clyne leave for Old Trafford.

SIMEONE SET FOR ARGENTINE DUO
Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone has heaped praise on River Plate duo Matias Kranevitter and Emanuel Mammana, sparking suggestions he will launch summer moves for the young Argentines.

Senior Atleti officials traveled to Buenos Aires last week and held talks with their River Plate counterparts. It is believed they discussed the availability of midfielder Kranvevitter and defender Mammana.
“I’ve know Mammana since he was a kid and we’ve been following Kranevitter since he joined River because my son also plays there; he’s is a very good midfielder,” he told a press conference. “Mammana’s a full-back who is really progressing; both of them have a bright future ahead of them, I’m sure of that”.
