A very good morning to you friends. I just want an advice on which one is better and preferable between GMAT and GRE in preparing for an aptitude test.

In ascending order of increasing importance I would advice this:

SHL--GMAT--DRAGNET(GRE)--KENEXA..

More importantly, you have to mix them up cos you don't know the invite you will get. Different companies use different test formats. Though there is a general kind of questioning method.

Numerical test

Verbal test

Critical reasoning test

Abstract test

Logic test

Speed or battery meter test

Specific course test like engineering, science, accounting, business, sales etc depending on what you studied or what you applied for. Some companies call this function based test.

Current affairs in some cases, etc.
