It so happens that yogurt is rich with a bacteria called probiotics which happens to be the same kind of “good” bacteria your vijay produces to clean itself and stay healthy. By eating yogurt regularly, you are replenishing your body’s (vijay’s) bacteria (probiotics) and helping it to guard against germs and deceases thereby keeping it clean. Eating yogurt is also a great way to both prevent and treat yeast infections. Some folks also recommend inserting yoghurt into the vijay but that is another topic for another day.

Yoghurt is also good for strengthen the bones in women (as it contains a lot of calcium). This is important because it would help to prevent a disease called osteoporosis that affects 65% of women when they hit menopause.

The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend that women between the ages of 19 and 49 consume two servings (two cups) of yogurt or milk each day, even if they are trying to lose weight. Women age 50 and older should include three servings in their daily diets.
