The nominees for the Barclays Player and Manager of the Season awards have been announced today, with Chelsea heavily represented.
Jose Mourinho, having led the Blues to the title, is one of five people in the running for the manager prize.
John Terry, Nemanja Matic, Cesc Fabregas and Eden Hazard have all made the shortlist for the player award.
The winners will be announced tomorrow (Friday) morning.
