An upcoming art label, Drofu is a publishing platform for the art projects of Nnamdi Nwoha and friends. Drofu aims to create visual art that connects with the average Nigerian the same way Nigerian music does currently. Nnamdi: With Drofu, I’m currently trying to create contemporary fine art that resonates with the urban, young Nigerian. These series, Akisi is a visual exploration of the idea/belief that Nigerians are fashion killers.
