JOB DESCRIPTION
ZARTECH LIMITED is a leading poultry production company in Nigeria with several production, distribution, sales and retail outlets spread across Nigeria. Our business is the production and processing of poultry products.
We are currently seeking for a motivated and self-starter individual to fill in the position as a CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Receiving orders and interacting with customers on the phone and email
•Calling customers to confirm every order via phone
•Processing orders and correlating orders to other departments
•Tracking the logistics on orders.
•Engaging our customers on a personalized level through emails, and on the phone
•Confirm availability of items ordered and delivery time and method of payment by customers
•Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
•Inform customer of deals and promotions.
•Attention to detail and commitment to completing daily assignments in a timely manner
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel, internet browsers, smartphones and new communications technology in general
•Hard-working, result-oriented and loyal

REQUIREMENTS

•Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
•Little or no working experience in customer service.
•Good knowledge of Microsoft office is required.
•Good organizational skills.
•Human relation and interpersonal skills.
•Must be able to work in an existing team.
•Good written and oral skills.
•Ability to multi task.
