CAN SUM1 PLZ DIRECT ME ON HOW TO DO A SYSTEM RESTORE, I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY NETWORK, AND THE CUSTOMER CARE TOLD ME TO DO A SYSTEM RESTORE, BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO GO ABOUT IT, PLZ HELP ME OUT. THANKS FOR YOUR EXPECTED HELP! |

Just click on Start, Select All Program, Select Accessories, Select System Tool and then click on System Restore and follow the steps, it will take you to a stage where you will need to back date your system date to a day you are sure, the system was working fine. Hope this works. |
