Bode George was cleared by the Supreme Court. I don't agree with the judgement...but there it is.

Theodore Orji is an elected official...so prosecutions cannot proceed against him for now.(unless you want to change the laws governing immunity for public officials).

Bola Tinubu has been through a case at the Code of Conduct Bureau. He was found not guilty. And so far, we have no clear info on whatever crimes he may have committed abroad...just rumors.

I am saying this not to exonerate or to defend the three men...but to point out that in fighting corruption...we sadly have to observe due process....or alternatively change the laws governing the investigation and prosecution of corruption.
