I travel there regularly. You can have Visa on Arrival by just showing the conference document and hotel reservation at Kampala Airport. It costs 50 dollars |

extrovert6: The airport is at Entebbe, about 30-45mins drive to Kampala. I use Rwandair most times to Uganda |
