Pictured below is a popular intersection in New York displaying the sign of a street named after the late wife of MKO Abiola, Mrs Kudirat Abiola. She was killed in 1996 while demonstrating for the release of her hubby. Kudirat Abiola’s corner was adopted by the Nigerian Community in New York years after her death.
