Small circles doesn't just set boundaries, it affect thoughts too, it takes you round through a small space and gets you back to point zero, i guess that's why its called circle because all it does is circulate your imaginations, no growth, no improvement. It may have occurred to you that maybe life serves you what you deserves, you might have even read some sayings that supports this words with big grammars, but have you ever taught why then would growth be important? Why do i have to improve or dream big if i would just remain here? Please give me a permission to fold those wise saying and ambiguous grammar into one simple English word: LIMITATIONS.

Just so you know; if you can think through then you can go through. Get your mind off taughts like 'its not bad anyways', 'atleast they know me here', contemptment is not mediocrity! You have to stop spending much time looking around your environment or getting distracted with the little happenings that makes it seem as if the next step out if your niche is a buttomless pit. Life does not give you what you deserves, it gets you what you demand.

I know you love to write, talk, sing, teach or maybe even walk but do it well, let your passion walk towards perfection. I believe when you love, you would do anything for, you would serve because of, you would go out of your way for, but it seems relationship gets favoured in this act more than hobbies and interests, sacrifice is as much needed for who you love as it is for what you love.
Most time all our likes, interest, hobbies or talent just need to speak for itself, is a little 'out of the way' . If you are going to be making something tangible out of what you love to do, you have to go all the way for it even though you enjoy and do it pretty well.

Just so you know; investment in your passion pays faster, nothing would blossom better than a hobby you have decided to keep growing no matter the cost. Because you love doing it doesn't make it cheap or easy to come by anywhere, it needs some extra investments. Successes have been recorded about people who gave up what they did for what they love. If you have found your passion, wow! Great!! Beautiful!!! Now pursue it.

Now, irrespective of your answer, both your past and future goals should be tagged with a deadline.

Just so you know; deadlines are your best guess for reaching goals, whether you will accomplish something fast depends on how fast you want to accomplish it. Every healthy human being can run a hundred metres, whether you want to be noticed on the track depends on how much time you put to doing your running. The energy behind the attainment of a goal lies in how much time you have set to accomplish it. Put a deadline on every of your task today, and start immediately to work towards them!

Have you ever tried to shoulder a responsibility, volunteered to carry out an assignment, or solved a problem in fine fashion like they have done? Have you reacted to any personal or group task in a calm manner or enabled an environment for growth in your place of work? Yeah! What have you done with your God given talent to better your immediate environment

Just so you know; no matter how good you are, you have to be seen as good as you have claimed. Truth be told, the fact that you are exceptional at what you do would not always get you your first admiration or pay check, as it fondly said that your first achievement might be seen as a fluke if you don't have another.
