D PROBLEM IS DT IT CONTINUOUSLY REBOOTS OVER AND OVER AGAIN UNLESS SOMETIMES IF I PLUG IT 2 power SOURCE B4 it WILL B STABLE BUT IMMEDIATELY I UNPLUG IT, IT CONTINUED TO REBOOT.
