If u wanna talk about peaceful cities, start from Calabar, Or maybe u can start from visiting calabar.

just last week, armed robbers robbed mt Zion by atamunu from shop to shop while police station is just a minute if you walk. and they didn't even try to visit the crime scene. calabar is becoming something else especially calabar south.
