What about those of us re-learning it ROFLLLL. If you haven't used a language in a long time, you lose it. That's the case with me and some of these programming languages because of my Networking Engineering stuff, I haven't touched some languages in a very long time.

Sorry for the late response, I don't really login to this site much. They really need to develop an app for it! No prior experience, I've only started learning since January. I started with CS106A from Stanford and now I'm going through their Swift course. Hopefully I'll have an app out in a few months. I think we need more African developers putting out fresh software.
