Joe Budden recently had a court date stemming from an alleged assault of his girlfriend. Apparently, the "Pump It Up" rapper skipped his appearance and is now wanted by police.
According to TMZ, Budden was supposed to show up in a New York City court Thursday (May 28) for a hearing but was A.W.O.L.
He managed to be active on Instagram during the day but apparently was too busy to handle his legal business.
The 2014 domestic violence case involves Joe Budden allegedly choking, slamming and beating his then girlfriend, Audely Robles, after finding photos of her pictured with another man. The New Jersey emcee denies her account of the night. Budden and his legal team have yet to publicly responded to the arrest warrant.
