Majority of UK schools don't require TOEFL. But most of them require IELTS however.
But there are some that require neither and are also good in electrical engineering like UCL, Manchester and Imperial. You should double-check to be sure though.

Guys let us not lose hope in our dreams.I did not get this scholarship.However,I got another.The irony of it is that to leave ones work and go for MSC just got me thinking.Sometimes,we struggle for something and when we get it, a different feeling pops up angry...All the best to all as I unfollow this wonderful thread with special people.

No news since then until I got a call from Agip on Thursday to send school account details. And this afternoon, the award letter came.

The discipline specific test wasn't so funny but those that read indiabix must be smiling to their 100% now sad
