Preferred Field of Study: Business management/Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences/Humanities, Personnel Management

Minimum Required Experience: 1 - 3 year(s) significant experiences of Human Resources background

Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection;
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes;
• Designing and Implementing best practice human resource strategies to attract, manage and retain best-fit talents for the manpower needs of the company;
• Responsible for preparing reports as requested and editing documents and presentations, entering and updating employee information into company databases, and preparing employment packages;
• Determine management’s handling of complaints and grievances and determination of appropriate disciplinary actions;
• Ensure compliance of health, safety and welfare regulations;
• Assess departmental training needs and develop, conduct and provide training sessions as appropriate for departmental employees;
• Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions;
• Monitoring and scheduling and maintains individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions;
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings;
• Ensure maintenance of appropriate personnel records;
• Management of staff welfare issues;
• And any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements/Skills:
• A post graduate Degree and/or professional qualification in Human Resources Management Will be an added advantage;
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills;
• Good Oral and written Communication skills;
• Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships;
• Strong MS Office Suite and database management software skills;
• Excellent Team Player and Proactive self-starter;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Innovative and creative;
• Ability to cope with and work under pressure
