On april 14,what i mean is that when i first track my application,it said it has been dispatched from accra on june 3,and when i received message on my email,i re tacked it,and it said it has been dispatched on june 8,is that how changing of time in application tracking always be??and when i went there on june 8,it said its not available yet

I'm sorry but if he was denied based on personal assests they have no problem with his sponsor but with him..
If one is sponsored by an organisation, he/she should try to use a co-sponsor or tender his own soa

I'm curious, what did you apply for at UofT that you got such a massive scholarship? I can't think of any program that cost almost HK$250k.

Sure, the program fee is not that huge.
but the Scholarship is including my full tuition fee, accommodation and living expenses.

People used to wait 3 to 4months to hear from them, sometimes 5 self and there was no online route then.
