We all know we will rather paint our workplace good before others soo that people will not say "What kind of a place are you working?"

I realise that many people feel like they are treated as slaves by their employer and senior colleagues at work who are just after meeting targets and making more money.

Now, we all have different things that can make us enjoy going back to work and contributing our part to the success of where we work. For you, what will that be? If your boss will genuinely listen to you about this issue, what will you tell him/her? Is it only money? Even if it is money-related, how will you advise your boss so that in meeting your need the business will not suffer financially?
