I have been a guest of this respectable, professional, educative, informative........ forum for several years and just recently became a proud member. I am based in the United States and will in the next few weeks launch a VOIP mobile app in our great country; Nigeria (The best in the world- No place like home!!). Since our platform, like all other VOIP protocols depends on internet (WIFI or 3G DATA), our initial and ongoing testing of our mobile app on all Nigerian mobile operators shows that Etisalat has the best and most reliable browsing speed. Etisalat's subscription price may not be as competitive as others. However, as Nigeria moves more into the VOIP space as other developed countries or developing countries like Kenya, South Africa, Ghana etc, companies like Etisalat will be appreciated more.

MTN, THOUGH THEY MAY BE FAUDULENT BUT THERE NETWORK IS STILL THE FASTEST IN NIGERIA, THERE IS HARDLY A PLACE WHERE YOU WONT FIND MTN SERVICE IN NIGERIA. IF THERE IS NO MTN NETWORK I DONT TINK THERE WILL BE ANY OTHER MOBILE NETWORK THERE.

For me Etisalat takes the cake. It all started out as three private lines but they've all gone out. They are simply the best. Voice, data, rural, urban, Abuja, Lagos, Portharcourt, works well everywhere. You can't say the same for other providers who I assume target particular locations for quality and let others rot.

First things first...tz easy on phones like techno, infinix, injoo, gionee. Make sure ur phone is rooted, tweak your imei to a blackberry's own

Though a greater reason is because of VMobile. Those guys were TOO good. Celtel took over and near spoilt the company.

They have a way of giving back to society. Its no news that MTN can't give u smth and not collect it in another way. But look at : PROJECT FAME, MTN Scholarship,MTN foundation.

These programmes have produced successful people and put smile on people's face. Unlike Glo that is just signing any celebrity signable. I hate Glo for that.

Etisalat do give out scholarships,but hey!! Its fvckin uncommon. Therefore,MTN is the best. I don't mind being ambassador for MTN.

if only you knew how much mtn realizes from the so called programs.
