CCSP offer a variety of courses, but for Corp members we offer it as a bundle package called the Certified Service Delivery for Professionals (CSDP)

Certified Service Delivery for Professionals program covers four key competencies which are:

1. The Essential Skills for Customer Service Excellence
2. The Essential Skills for Call Centre Excellence
3. Social Media Customer Experience Management
4. Feelings for Professionals (Emotional Intelligence)

Each course has a certificate attached to it, which after completion qualifies you for the Award of the Certified Service Delivery Professional hence the term (5 in 1).

The Program duration is 6 Saturdays between 9am and 4pm.

Course Fee is highly discounted for Corp Members at the rate of NGN 75,000 (Inclusive of Admission Fee).
