Have you read the content of Matthew 24:45 ? I will be quoting the Message version of the Bible.

“A person the Master can depend on to feed the workers on time each day. Someone the Master can drop in unannounced and always find him doing his job”

Are you that type of servant? I want you to note that, his job as described in that passage means your God-assigned duties on this earth – your purpose. Have you found out who you are and what God created you to do on this earth? If you have, are you doing what you should be doing?
