The Federation of International Football Association will hold the draw for the 16thh edition of the World U17 championship in Santiago de Chile on August 6, 2015. The draw will see representatives from 24 teams from six confederations which have qualified for the tournament gather in the Chilean Art Centre to know their foes in the group stage.

Eight cities have been penciled down to host games of the competition which spans from October 17 – November 8, 2015.

Defending champions Eaglets will be hoping to lift the title for a record fifth time while Brazil and Mexico will be eyeing their fourth diadem.

Mali and Guinea are other Africa’s representatives in the tournament expected to witness 52 matches.
