where r the police + army + navy + nscdc and +opc others? In a functioning state, it takes police 5 to 15 minutes to arrive or re-enforce. Im sure these robbers were there for more than 30 minutes.

These two banks share a common fence and there is a police station directly opposite one of the banks, just accross the road. How come there was no reported action by the police. Could they claim they did not hear the gun shots? A lady called Channels TV and reported the incident and gun shots were heard clearly as the lady was talking to Channels TV
