While it's true that Nigerians love deadlines but we should note that some banks did not start this registration until this very June. This l can testify personally as my bank told me that they are yet to get the go ahead though they have now started. Imagine bank registering twenty to thirty people in a day. These banks have thousands of customers. Arrive at your conclusion
