Look at ut screenshot again the file size is in megabyte(capital B). The speed is in megabits (small b)... Plus hsdpa+ max speed is about 42mbps or about 5MBps. And i doubt if u were using 4g (cos ur fone doesnt support 4g.. I think...)

There's a diff btwn MBps (MegaByte per second ) and Mbps ( Megabit per second)
Take note one has capital B and one has small b . . You can't change the capital, it's automatic
So your speed of 6.5 Mbps is in reality . . about 0.825 MBps .. . simply put 825 KB/s

I use 4G networks (spectranet precisely) and i get about 28 Mbps . . which is in the range of about 3.5 MB/s

Once again . . byte is different from bits
